Welcome, Ice Princess This is a wonderful place to find support. These ladies are great!!

I did the 3 mile express with stretchie band this morning. Whewee!! I'll be so glad when I'm back into the swing and it doesn't feel quite so difficult again!

Hiya Ice Princess- great to have you on board

Wow, I can't believe it is nearly the new year! I haven't really had a lot of time for exercise this past week but I've managed to get some in thankfully. Wednesday I had the day off as we were visiting family. Thursday, Friday and Saturday I did some walking outdoors. Today I did the Power Mile with weights and power Yoga. I guess that finishes me up for the month and the year.

Thanks everyone for being so inspiring and motivating, you have all been awesome, and I look forward to walking with you all in 2007!!

Hi Ladies -- Well I've been MIA for awhile now, but I'm happy to say that I am SO READY for a new year!! This has been a horrible year, and I pray for good things to come for 2007, including me staying on track! My grandma was put into the hospital with pnemonia, so I'm worried about her with her age. She's supposed to have a major surgery on 1-11-07, but I'm afraid this is going to put a hault on those plans. This is already the second time of the surgery having to be scheduled. I guess I'll go ahead and start a new thread for January if nobody else has. I wish all of you a Happy New Years, and hoping that 2007 brings everything filled with happiness, good health, and many blessings!!!
