Whoo! I LOVE Turbo Jam! I've become totally addicted to it! I got the Fat Blaster in the mail today (from Ebay). It totally kicked my butt! I was drenched in sweat and it felt FANTASTIC!!!

Do any of you have the Turbo Slim plan? I really wanted to try Charlene's diet plan....but I only had the money to do the dvd's without all the other additions. If someone has the plan, would you mind typing it out for me...pretty pretty pleeeeeeeease.

Hi. Soon to be Jammer here.
I'll keep an eye on this thread.
I posted about Jammers the other day. I didn't see this one.

I am so excited about seeing this thread. I have read through every post. I am going to look for the DVD's now. I noticed some of you talking about joining Biggest Losers, blue and red groups. What it this?

It's a 3FC contest thing that's going on. It started December 31st (no new people are being added though). We just completed week 5. It's awesome. If there's a spring/summer challenge, you should defenitely join.

I have to say I've been a jammer for a couple of months now and can not get enough! I actually look forward to my workout everyday.

Wait, did I just actually type those words...I look forward to working out? It's possible the world may be ending, as I never thought that could ever ever ever happen!

Total agreement--TJ is fun! Who would have thought? It's something I can actually do without thinking, "Ugh--time to exercise."!

I have been on the 20-minute WO for about two weeks, and I'l planning to move gradually to the longer ones. I'd be interested to hear what "schedule" is working for y'all--did you go more slowly like I am, or move to the longer workouts right away? When did you add Sculpt?

Default Turbo Jam on QVC

You guys can also get Turbo Jam at QVC, and it's not as expensive as the Beachbody website.

I asked a couple of pages back, but nobody answered. Have any of you tried the Turbo Slim plan?

I was sick for about a week but I finally felt like exercising today. I got up early and did the 20 minute work out. It was so much fun! I still don't have the moves down yet but it's still fun!

Question new to 3FC & trying to get motivated

Hello all: I am new to 3FC & trying to get motivated to workout & try to eat right. I have had Turbo Jam for about 1yr. now & really haven't used it! I have moved to Florida & will need to get into my shorts soon. Any advice or a big PUSH would be awsome.
Also I got the BEAN for Christmas & haven't used it. Does it work??
I am thinking about trying WW @ home. I have done WW before & it seemed to work (for the month I did it).
Any advice would be great!
