I had to be able to drop what I was doing and go pick up my daughter when her basketball bus returned (away game), so I did the Power Mile with 3 pound weights. When that was over, she had called and told me when she was arriving, which only gave me about 7 spare minutes, so I hopped on the treadmill for 5!

Michelle, Hi buddy, We're here when you feel ready to start walking again.

I walked for 55 "aerobic minutes" for approximately 4 miles.

Crystal, I have tried the Walk and Jog and I really liked it. It will be the next one that I purchase.

Hi everyone. I made it home. Crystal, I like the 1 mile jog (edited on my computer to make it a 3 mile jog or 5 mile jog). Also the walk and kick is fun.

I didn't exercise on Wed or Thur (unless sitting on my butt munching on doritos is ocnsidered exercise...). On Friday, Saturday and today, I did 3 miles jogging and 2 miles walking each day. Yesterday I did Dance Dance Revolution for about 40 minutes too. Definitely got sweaty with that.

I'm back on track diet wise (YEAH!!!!) and detoxed all the doritos out of my system.

Hi Marie, It's good to see you back home and posting again.

I exercised for 80 minutes today. 70 minutes walking in the park (4 miles) and 10 minutes resistance training.

Good morning everyone! Yesterday I did 35 minutes on the treadmill at varying speeds and inclines. This morning, I did the 3 mile weights workout from the 5 mile DVD! Last week was a BAD one for me, but I think I'm back on track!

Hope everyone has a great week!

Hi all, I did 2 miles walking and 3 miles jogging before work this morning. Eeks, it was hard to get up at 5 am again. I guess the vacation is really over.

Hi all- I'm playing catch up today again. Let's see, I did the 1 mile WATP on Thursday, and again on Friday, followed by half an hour of yoga. I went for an hour walk on Saturday and then did half an hour of aerobics and some yoga later on. On Sunday I did a half an hour Yoga practice. Today I did the Power Mile with weights and 45 minutes of yoga

Great job everyone for being so strong and sticking with your exercising for this month! I'm sorry I've not been including myself, but still just having a very hard week and very down, and I'm hoping I can set a December goal and join in then. I hope all of you have a wonderful Thanksgiving.

Michelle, know you're in our thoughts and that you join us all the time is amazing. BTW, have you noticed you've lost 28 pounds. You're doing great health wise so definitely give yourself a break.

I did 2 miles jogging, 1 mile walking and the walk/kick this morning. I had the minor foot surgery this morning so I probably won't walk for a few days. Exercycle, here I come...

Michelle, Join us when you feel ready. We'll be here when you're ready.

I did the PUSH DVD (2nd month one) this morning for 45 minutes and 10 minutes on the Power Rider (formerly used as a clothes rack in the corner of my bedroom) last night.

Marie, I hope you recover quickly from the foot surgery.

Thank you Marie, Tammy & CurlyGrrl for all of your kind words and support. I'm really hoping to get back on track again by next week. Just when I thought I was starting to get through my days pretty well, then I have a setback and things start all over again. All of you are very much appreciated!
