Yesterday I did very well with eating and exercising~did the standing Ab jam, then switched over to Taebo cardio live for 30 min, then did the TJ 20 min. It felt great!
Today I started the day with CP...talk about sweating! It has been an hour since I finished and I am just starting to cool off, so now I can hop to the shower.
