I'm with iluvkolmer, I needed a couple of days off to "rest" that funny, I acturally painted the tirm on my BF' house and worked in my yard all day yesterday, but didn't get to do TJ. I think I will join thiis challenge now that I have been off for three days! It is just too difficult to go right into another 10 days! I did mange to lose another pound--probably sweated it off!

It's weird, I just noticed I gained 5lbs....gained 2" on my waist, but lost 2" on my hips.

Hello everyone,
I decided to take some time off too from the zennifer challenge. I had a teen age sleepover which made it difficult to exercise because they were everywhere. So, I did the 20 minute workout this morning and tonight when I get off of work I will do the CP. I will post my measurements and before pic.

Hi all! I would like to join in also. I needed the break, but I am now ready to "ride the train" again. Count me in!

I will my own rotation of the video's. I am alittle sick today . I really detest summer colds. But I did do the 20 workout this morning.

Glad thats over! Now, if everyone will just post alot of messages here so this one gets pushed back a few pages!

Yesterday I did very well with eating and exercising~did the standing Ab jam, then switched over to Taebo cardio live for 30 min, then did the TJ 20 min. It felt great!

Today I started the day with CP...talk about sweating! It has been an hour since I finished and I am just starting to cool off, so now I can hop to the shower.

I got my cardio party done last night!
I still need more discipline in my eating.
Yes,I lost 8 3/4" in my last kick start!Exciting,huh?I didn't think I would lose anything because I wasn't perfect.......it does work!

Hello Everyone,

I did my CP last night. My left knee is aching this morning. I think I need to take it easy on my squats today. I will not let that bother my, will just need to keep jammin', just a little less intensity today. Hope everyone has a good Jammin' day!!

Hey Jammers,

Sorry I haven't been posting as regular as before. I don't have Internet access at home so work is the only place that I can connect with y'all. Unfortunately, we have been very busy here, closoing loans and prepayments as well as sending out monthly billings. I work for a CDC (Certified Development Company) who works with banks to do SBA 504 loans. It is a great job and I love it, but sometimes it interfers with my 3 Chicks Thread. LOL Anyway, I am still on track, have done TJ and Ab Sculpt and also finally started using that 4 stage weight station that has been just sittng in my garage. I started the SB diet again, as I have had good results with it. I have two co-workers who are doing WW and want me to join them. I will see how the SB goes first.

Well, there goes my phone....I'll check in later.

My ex brought my boys back early so I didn't get my party done,but I'll do it today with my sculpting dvd so I don't get behind.
My eating was good til last night when I ate 2 helpings of ice cream!

Good morning jammers!

Did CP last night. Took it a little easier since my knee was bothering me, but still worked up a good sweat. My knee is much better this morning! Also, I am proud to announce that I am wearing pants that were way to tight a few weeks ago. Today they fit just right. I am sooooo happy!!!

Let's keep pushing play!

I'm planning to do the sculpt today and the 20 min. workout. I feel like I need to make up for yesterday. Let's see how it goes.

Gotta get back to work!
