Default New 10-day Kick Start Challenge

Hello everyone!!

I am planning to start a new 10-day challenge on June 12. We will following the workout schedule listed in the Turbo Jam folder, but the diet plan will be optional to each individual. I will probably follow it as much as my budget will allow. I would like for those who wish to participate to check in each day with a short message about what you accomplished. I plan to weigh on day 5 and of course on day 11. I want to benefit from the workout on day 10 before recording the final results.

If anyone else has additional ideas for the challenge, please feel free to post them. This is OUR challenge not MINE. I find that much can be accomplished when done as a team.

Although this is called a "Challenge", there will be no winner or loser, we will all benefit from the concentration on our health and know that we are not alone in our desire to look and feel better.

Be sure to record your mesurements and weight on June 11.

I would love to join you, but I just ordered mine today..and I doubt I will get it that fast. Are you starting the 13th or the 20th???

We plan to start on the 12th. You may get yours by then. If not I think Zennifer plans to start another challenge on the 20th. I hope that you will be able to join our group. There are three already on board and I'm waiting to hear from LOVEINET. I hope others who are reading the Turbo Threads will join in--the more the merrier!!

I'll join too. I am loving my turbo jam workouts. I've been doing power 90 for the sculpt though. And I won't be following their 10 day diet. But I'm up for it. I'll be working out 6 days a week.

I will be out of town the 14-17, but plan on taking my workout tapes with the laptop with me so I can stay on the ball. Not sure what I'll do about eating though. I guess I'll do the best I can.

Remember to keep pushing play!

I would like to join if that's okay. I just got the TJ Maximum Results package yesterday, and I have CP1, CP2, and AbJam. I started the Nutrisystem program on Wednesday. So I'm all set.

One question----can anyone link me to the TJ video rotation? I can't seem to find it and nothing came with my package.

The only 2 workouts you use during the 10 day is the TJ abs & TJ cardio party!Or maybe it's sculpt~I'll check.

Thanks Angie. Unfortunately I think I'm going to have to bow out. I have Morton's Neuroma in my foot and got a cortisone shot yesterday. Usually withint 24 hours I'm 100%, good to go. This time though, I have horrible bruising on the ball of my foot. I can even see it's purple. Ugh. So I'm down for the count for a few days now. I'm going to dust off my bicycle lol. I'll watch for the next 10 day challenge though!

ETA: Oh!!! Cool! I thought it was now, but re-reading the original post I see we are starting June 20th. Yay!

Angie, Turbomimi's original post is a bit confusing. In the first line she says it starts June 20th. But at the end she says measure yourself on June 11. So I'm guessing you're right and the first line is just an error. I should be good by the 12th though. Yay!
