This morning I did the 1 mile get up and started, and I have to agree with Tammy, so glad to have it done for the day! My daughter's last day of school is tomorrow, so starting next week, besides doing my WATP in the morning, we're going to start going to the park up the road from us to walk at the track. Have a great day!

Hi all! I didn't get my morning workout in because we went to the lake, but I did do some swimming so I know that burned off some calories! We had a lot of fun there, it was nice and clean....can't wait to go back!
Tonight I did the 2 Mile High Calorie Burn with 3lb weights.

Good morning everyone,

Just finished the 3 Mile Express. Now time to get ready for work. Hope everyone gets their walking in. The walk at the park sounds lovely (in Oregon weather, not Mississippi weather, ) as does the swim in the lake.

CASSIE... First of all --- OMG, you are absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!! You already look thin enough! Okay, your son is so cute that I'm afraid I just want to pinch his little cheeks, and your daughter is SO pretty! You should be SO proud of your very nice looking family!

This morning I did 1 mile of the 2 mile high calorie burn. My joints up at the top of my thighs hurt SO bad that I couldn't go on for the second mile. Hope they loosen up soon! Tonight we're going to my niece's 6th grade graduation, but atleast it's cool outside so it won't be so hot all crammed in the gym! Hope everyone has a great day!!!

What a bunch of cuties!! Including the one at the end . Both of your children are so adorable. I know you must be so proud of them. Is Leslie playing T-ball? It looks like she has a glove in her hand in one of the pics.

Michelle, You've done great this week. It sounds like you're back on schedule. Good for you! I bet those joints will loosen up some more for you soon.

TAMMY... Thank you for your encouragement! I'm hoping the joints do loosen up soon, because I have MANY WATP dvds that I would like to do!

Oh, thanks for the compliments girls!

Tammy, Leslie was playing Blast Ball (t-ball for 4 year olds), but the season is over...she LOVED it though! She can't wait to play T-Ball next year!

Michelle, I used to have the problems with my joints as well...they'll loosen up for ya!

After several SLOW days (only 1 mile each day), I did the 2 mile Express this afternoon. I'm still abit behind for the month, but I'll get there!

Hope everyone is having a GREAT week!

GOOD MORNING GIRLIES

Well I won't be doing any WATP today, because my joints are still a little sore, but I will try it again tomorrow morning. I've got to take my daugher after while up to the dentist for her cleaning appointment, then we're going to Walmart and out to lunch. Hope all of you have a GREAT day!!!
