I'm hoping to atleast get a 1 mile WATP in today, but I have one of my migraines so I don't know if I can pull it off or not.

Hi Guys -

I wanted to join in for June. Is there a challenge here? Are you guys following Sansone's Diet Walk Plan? What do I need to do?

I have committed myself to 500 minutes of exercise in June, and today I did Get Up & Get Started - 1 Mile Walk. I am going to go ahead and order the set on DVD since I truly enjoyed the VHS. Unfortunately, I am VHS challenged. Seems like everytime I get one my baby DS breaks the basket.

I bought WATP 1 Mile and 2 Mile and a 10 minute Tone on VHS from a junk store for just under $10. Why could it not have been DVDs?

CHRISLYN...Everybody just does their own thing here, but this thread is where you can check in every day, or which ever day you want to be accountable for your exercise. A new one for June will start for tomorrow. Good job for setting up your plan for June!

I did the Power Mile tonight with 3 ppund weights. I know I didn't reach my goal, but I did well and I lost 3 pounds this month!

I'm aiming BIG for June, though: 75 miles!

Michelle~Sorry to hear that you have a migrane! I get those sometimes, and they are just awful!
Chrislyn~WELCOME! I hope you like it here, and I think you will...the ladies in this thread are great, and it's a great way to be accountable for your exercise. Anyways, like Michelle said, this thread is kind of a "do your own thing" deal, so just check in whenever you feel like it.

I had an okay day today...got my workouts in, ate pretty good, and took my kids swimming...that was FUN! Can't wait until next summer when I will be in a bathing suit!

Morning Workout~3 Mile Super Fat Burning Walk with 2lb weights

Evening Workout~Strength and Scuplt Section of The Biggest Loser DVD and WATP 1 Mile Get Up And Get Started with 3lb weights.
