Evening all~
Man do my feet hurt!!! We did the Detroit zoo, 4hrs. I did my walk/kick this morning as well. Lane didn't go to soccer practice as he was really whipped and his feet hurt as well. He was out after his shower. I'm fixing to be, I just wanted to check in. Hope everyone had a great day. I'll talk to you tomorrow.
Yesterday I didn't get to exercise because I was up at the hospital with my mom. This morning I did the 1 mile get up and started with 3 pound weights. Have a great Friday everyone!
I did the Muscle Mile this morning with 3 pound weights. Hoping for more this afternoon (after a shopping trip). I'm in search of a new scale,some 5 pound weights and some new spring clothes!!! AND I get to do it BY MYSELF!!!

Today I have really had to push myself to do the little exercising I have done, because I literally have no energy today! This morning I did the 1 mile get up and started with no weights. Thanks Michele, hopefully my mom will get to go home today, but as of yesterday, she now had fluid on her lungs. Hope you have a fun day shopping!!

Hope you all are doing good. Sorry I haven't checked in, it's just been crazy busy. This morning I did the Yoga walk. Felt good to stretch.

HI, Ladies I might as well join you right? This week I have done the WATP Walk strong video two days in a row. (tues and wed) Its the only one I own right now and my library doesnt have any of them. But its a good one at least. If I could afford to buy one more which would you suggest to get next? Pretty broad ? right? Anyway I don't know if I will be doing it today, my legs are abit sore, I also lift weights and done that last night as well.
I'm joining in here! I just LOVE WATP! This morning I did Walk/Kick, and then tonight I did the 2 Mile High Calorie Burn with 2lb weights. I think that I might start using 3lb weights, just for the extra challenge. I tried Walk/Jog for the first time the other day....great workout! Those of you that like Walk/Kick might like that one as well...though I like W/K a little better. I want to get more of her DVD'S! I also do other DVD's just to add variety, but WATP is my favorite!
I have about 10 WATP dvds now so that I will have a variety, but I'm still in the beginning of stages, trying to work up through the three mile. Still my favorite is the 1 mile get up and started, 2 mile high calorie burn and 3 mile super fat burner. I also have the 4 mile express super challenge and the new 5 mile with the soft pink 2 pound weights. I also have Walk Away Your Stress which is very fast paced, and the 1 mile dvd that came with the WATP book is very fast paced also.
Today is my rest day, but hope to get outdoors and do some walking, because it's a beautiful sunshiny day here! I see tomorrow we'll have to start a new thread for May...
