Yes, I love Leslie's tapes because you can follow her or slow down or include weights or increase intensity. I mix it up abit now since I have gotten the 4 mile WATP and walk & jog. Lastnight I did the Walk & jog and also I did 1.5 miles of the WATP - 4mile. I planned on doing at least 2 mile on the WATP - 4 miles but again I was interrupted by someone at my door. So tonight I want to do the Walk&Jog and the 2 mile walk. And I don't care who knocks at my door they'll have to come back or wait until I'm finished.
I get sooo angry when my workout is interrupted!
Does anyone have WATP for Abs? Does it really help with the Abs, I had differing opinions...
