i've been reading all these posts about this fitness video and i think i'm missing something. do you watch the video and go outside and walk? do you walk while watching the video? do you walk in place? i think i'm missing something.
It really is an exercise video series. I borrowed one from the library. To me, it's more like marching up and back, in place stuff like that with arm movements. She has several out so you can get a variety.
aah, that's what i was hoping b/c i couldn't figure out how i would watch the video and then remember what to do while i was walking. hah. i get it now. thanks. i'm going to see if i can order it.
Not a dumb question at all! I wondered the exact same thing when I first heard people talking about it. I wondered how they remembered all the movements when they went outside to walk! So, it IS indoor walking and you do different steps and movements along with Leslie Sansone and her walkers.
