Well today I wound up walking 6.4 miles, up 22 floors, and I cut a whole pickup load of trimmings off my shrubs, pruned the lower branches out of a tree, did some weeding, and vacuumed out my car and the back of the truck. I also did stretches this am and ab exercises. Now to go clean the kitchen and take a shower. I had planned on washing the dogs but I am going to take them to the local dogwash instead so I don't have to deal with dog hair all over my bathroom walls.
