good evening! didn't have the time to work out to leslie sansone this morning. power walked and ran errands during my lunch break from work. just got back from power walking and running errands. my fitness goals for today have been attained.
Tomorrow is my early day and it's already going on midnight. Should be an interesting day, LOL. I was working on the new website for church and time got away from me.

good morning! had a nice healthy breakfast. I also went for a power walk and ran an errand. will power walk and run an errand on my way to lunch in a few minutes. also had a busy morning. hung half of the load of laundry I did yesterday morning on the line to dry. the other half went in the dryer. I also put in a load of wash and hung that up on the line to dry.
good afternoon all! just got home from power walking and running errands. also had a nice healthy lunch at one of my favorite restaurants. took most of the laundry down after I got home. it smelled so nice from being dried outside! will take the rest down later.
ETA: Earlier today I fell off a curb. They had redone the curb for easier wheel chair access. I still don't understand the change and what actually happened with the fall, but anyways. I skinned both hands and twisted my ankle. I was fine earlier. Now I have been sitting at the computer and it has really stiffened up. Not sure what tomorrow will hold workout wise. We'll see.
