Nothing for last night or this morning. Got back from the fair late last night and then DH has a Dr's apt. this morning, so I have to get to the shop early.

Check-In: 30 minutes treadmill
Also, last night me and my friend went to the mall to look around. We did a 1 mile walk while there.

I have been really sore since doing KCM's Strength & Stamina the other day. My glutes, hamstrings, and lower back has been sore. It must have been the kettlebell swings. UGH!

2 miles walked
Between being sick for the last week and hurting my back this is the first time I have been able to work out.
My back is still strained and sore but I think if I am careful I will be okay to walk.
