    We got back late Sunday night. After being gone for 3 weeks, Monday was quite busy.

    Deb Welcome back.

    No workout to report. I had to take Cody to the Vet this morning because he has an eye allergy thing going on. When we got there, the Vet looked in his history and it just so happens he was there in August of last year with the same issue. There must be something that blooms at this time of year that's bothering him. He got a shot, pills and eye ointment. Hopefully he will be feeling better soon. Later I had a hair appointment so I just didn't have the extra time for a workout.

    Tomorrow I have to go to church a bit early. The church is making a major change with it's website. I am helping with the project. I will have to leave work early. I will try to get some type of workout in.

    Deb Thank you. He does seem to be improving. I am keeping the cone on him for another day, to make sure.
