good morning! power walked home from church this morning. ran errands on the way home. I had intended to power walk to church but another member stopped and asked me if I wanted to ride. I said yes.

I'm a newbie here. My preferred form of exercise is walking. I have a Fitbit and aim to walk 10,000 steps a day.

Hi Everyone!
Eliza Jazz Hi and welcome to the check-in.
We have finally gotten busy and we are trying to get ready to go out of town for a mini vacation. Go figure, LOL. I won't complain though, since our business has been so up and down. Today was very hectic so I was only able to do 30 minutes on the treadmill.
