i'm not coming down with anything. took it easy today. much better. will go for a power walk and run an errand in a few minutes.

went for a power walk after supper tonight. took my sister's two dogs and ran an errand. my fitness goals for today have been attained. won't be posting again until Thursday.

No walk yesterday or today.

I have to have surgery on my foot, well my toe to be precise. They need to realign the bones so I will have a wire sticking out of my toe for a month, so I am not sure what I will be able to do. My surgery is on Monday so it is right around the corner and I have to admit to being a bit nervous about it.
