just got back from power walking and running errands in a nearby community. will go for another power walk and run errands in a few minutes.

Managed a 10 min. outdoor walk. I just don't seem to be bouncing back from this last fall.

2 miles leslie sansone before I left for work this morning. power walk and running errands during my lunch break. will go for another power walk and run another errand in a few minutes.
