I am going to continue spring cleaning for a while then try to walk another 3 miles when I am finished cleaning.

busy morning here! my brother and his family left to go home today. started the clean-up/laundry shortly before they left. went for a power walk and ran an errand. will take the bus to a neighboring community and run errands there in a few minutes.

Non scale victory - slid into a pair of awesome dress pants that I didnt think would fit for another 2-3 weeks! Awesome!

laura, congrats from me, too! nsv are great! had one myself not too long ago. went from a size 14 long with side elastic to a size 12 without side elastic! will try on some dress capris tomorrow as i'm going to go to Chicago to see Hamilton next month!

My leg is really hurting me today, I am using my foam roller to see if it will loosen up so I can do a few more miles.
