Good Morning, Everyone!

Laura The last Jessica Smith I did comes from her newest DVD. I really like that particular short full body strength workout. On youtube, I really like her cardio ball workout and her 40 minute indoor jogging workout.

Last night I added on: Tamilee Webb's Total Body Stretch (standing)
Nothing for this morning

2 miles leslie sansone before I left for work this morning. power walk and running errands during my lunch break. will go for another power walk and run one more errand in a few minutes.

Check-In: Leslie Sansone Red Mile, 15 minutes on a machine that is a cross between an elliptical and a stepper. (I really liked this machine but it is intense), 20 minutes bike, 20 minutes treadmill

Today - T 25 Cardio. Complete sweat fest! Wow!
Very happy to be down 2 pounds this week!
