will be packing my clothes in a few minutes. they weren't quite dry so had to put them through the dryer again. will go for a walk while they are in the dryer.

No exercise yesterday as when I got home I saw my cat's eye looked really bad, took him to the vet and he has an eye infection and is on antibiotic pills and ointment.
Today I did T25 Cardio. I'm going to try and get yoga in, too.

EagleRiverDee Sending good thoughts for your cat to have a quick recovery. We have always had dogs and it's just short of being traumatic if they have something wrong with them.

I am going to a wedding today and probably won't have time to workout. I might be able to do something around the house, we'll see.
