Happy Tuesday everyone! Last night I did a relatively easy workout- 20 minutes of Piyo Upper Body, and then just 10 minutes of Yoga PM. I hope everyone has a great day and gets their workout in!

Hello on this Ash Wednesday! Last night's workout was T25 Total Body Focus, and 20 minutes of yoga and a little bit of foam rolling and stretching.

Not sure how much I'll be able to get in today due to other commitments but hoping to get a workout in at lunch time.

just got back from power walking and running errands in a nearby community. I will go for another power walk and run some more errands in a few minutes.
