Diana3271- I'm curious, all these different exercise programs you are trying do you just have a library of DVD or VHS? Or do you watch tv programs or use phone apps?

I am old school and have an embarrassingly number of DVD's.
Last night I added on: Tamilee Webb's Total Body Stretch (Standing)
Nothing for this morning. My DVD player/DVD wouldn't work properly. I removed the DVD and cleaned it. That left me without the time to do the DVD.
Yesterday, my DH had a hernia repair. It was outpatient surgery and all went well, but I didn't get much else done; so no exercise yesterday.

just got back from power walking and running errands in a nearby community. will power walk to and home from my meeting tonight. will also run an errand on my way to my meeting.
Check-In: Leslie Sansone Walk It Off in 30 Days Cardio and standing section of Firming w/15's I had to drop down to 10's for one exercise. This was actually quite tough with the heavier weight.
