So the xrays showed a bone spur, I was kind of happy because that means they can fix it, yay!!
But it showed the spur in my heel which is fine, but I already knew that one was there. It didn't show anything wrong with the top of my foot which is where the pain is located, sigh. Back to square one on my feet I guess for a while.
Doctor put me in a walking cast/boot thing which does relieve the pain and gave me a trigger point shot in the top of my foot which hopefully helps as well. The best news is he said I can take it off to workout in the mornings and then put it on and wear it the rest of the day.
Now the bad news, I am probably going to lose my job over this. I like my job. I love helping people find things. I love getting out of the house and earning a paycheck. I don't want to get fired over missing work because of my stupid foot/feet, sigh.
