Nothing for last night or this morning. Yesterday was a rough day and DH and I were just mentally and physically exhausted. I slept in until 8 this morning. That rarely happens with me. I must have needed the sleep.

I got stuck in road construction traffic so I didn't have much time. I wasn't aware that they were during the construction during the day there. I thought it was at night. It was frustrating because I could have taken a different route and wouldn't have been stuck for 1+ hours.
Today was an okay day. I barely made my 10,000 steps due to a killer headache I've had for 2 days. I am not sure what is causing it! I ate clean and healthy for a total of 941 calories and I did an extended workout.
I am recommitting to getting back into the 160's. I overindulged for my birthday this weekend. I am recommitting myself to my health and weight loss journey.
