32 minutes leslie sansone heart healthy walking at home before I left for work today. power walk and running errands before I started work. will go for another power walk and run one more errand in a few minutes.

I did my first exercise anything today in years. I took the kids and the dogs for a walk. We walked about half a mile.

hi all! did 30 minutes leslie sansone walk it off in 30 days before I left for work this morning. went for a power walk during my lunch break from work. went for another power walk after I got home from dinner. went for another power walk after I got home from dinner. my fitness goals for today have been attained.

worked out with leslie sansone. went for a power walk and ran an errand. had healthy breakfast. went to a meeting. came home and put in a load of laundry. will change my shoes and go for another power walk and run another errand.

had a busy day today. went to the spring workshop for my tops chapter today. my chapter was the host chapter. I made gluten free corn muffins. my fitness goals have been attained.
