good evening all! had a busy day at work today! exercise: 32 minutes leslie sansone's heart healthy walking at home. that's before I left work. when I got to work but before I punched in, I went for a power walk and ran an errand. after I got home from work, I did 45 minutes of leslie sansone's party hiits.

Work got in the way and I couldn't get a workout in. Tomorrow we are going on a day trip. We are going to Myrtle Beach. I won't be getting a workout in tomorrow, either.
