Keep up the great work!

What is everyone's fitness plan for the new month?

Of course I can always deviate from what I plan , but right now, I plan to incorporate more Turbo Fire and then KCM for my weights.

Diana, you're the best. Thanks for always keeping us going!

My goals for March are to increase strength and endurance through Turbo Fire, T Focus 25 and Les Mills Combat. My weight loss goals are to lose 10 pounds
Diana and friends, can you believe that after over a year of daily junk food overeating I havent had any junk since January 3?!?!!!

Good Morning, Everyone!

Great plans and goals, everyone!

Great job on sticking to your plan, Laura.

Deb From the other thread, I have a hard time traveling and not gaining. I am such a foodie and like to experience food and restaurants from other areas. It is so hard. I am still trying to get rid of my Christmas vacation gain. I think it's harder to lose these gains the closer you are to goal. Just keep trying.

Last night I added on: Slim and Limber
This Morning: 1/2 Oxycise Level 2 workout

Have a wonderful day!

This month, I'm going to aim to do 2 workouts/day 5x a week and have 2 rest days. I also plan on including more bodyweight and kettlebell activity into my week.
