Body weight workout:
3 rounds of:
Sexy Back pushups - 4 reps
Jumping Lunges - 8 each leg
Sit ups - 6 reps
Jumping Jacks - 20
This is a 12 minute quick workout by crossfitter Christmas Abbott

Last night I added on: Upper Body and Lower Body Stretch sections from Perfect in 10 Stretch
Nothing for this morning, DH broke/chipped a tooth this weekend and has an appointment this morning

Good morning! I forgot to check in yesterday. I did yoga yesterday morning and did Jennifer Cohen's Lower Body Circuit Training. Let me tell you, my legs will be feeling this workout for a few days!

Last night I added on: Tamilee Webb's Total Body Stretch (standing)
This Morning: Nothing, feeling lazy and needing to get some laundry done. Didn't feel like pushing myself to do anything extra
MaeCrochet My favorite Leslie's are the Ultimate 5 Day walk and her 1 Mile Jog. Great workouts.
