Chaos struck at work and I couldn't workout during working hours. After work we went to grab a quick bite to eat and I stopped by the mall to do a mall walk. I felt accomplished getting that done. LOL

- turkish get ups
- kickstands
- pistols
- 2 handed swings

- 2 handed overhead swings

Last night I added on: Sedentary Lifestyle Stretch
This Morning: Oxycise Level 2 Workout
I woke early so had time to do the full Oxycise workout along with my bible study. The bible study isn't taking as long to read since I am doing it in the AM. I was having problems dozing off at night and it was taking much longer to read.

Finished Jennifer Cohen's Upper Body Boot Camp this morning. I actually did a pushup today--first time in forever!
