Have not been walking lately because last time I did the 3 mile walk (the old version with the weighted balls, I think it's from 2001?)... Anyway, my body was not ready for that workout and I threw out my back...

Plus a family member got some bad health news and I'm worried...

Must get back to walking now that I rested.. I received Leslie's new DVD Burn to the Beat but have not put it in my player yet...
