Last night I added on: Upper Body Stretch and Lower Body Stretch sections from Perfect in Ten Stretch

Hi Everyone!

No workout to report. I had the Dr. appointment then had to play catch up when I got back.

Teacher The Dr. appointment was for my thyroid. Now, one of my numbers is hyper but the other is back to being hypo. I am not converting the Synthroid T4 to T3. The Dr. has prescribed cytomel (T3). Hopefully that will help me. I thought my insomnia was only hormonal but it appears that the thyroid is causing problems with it. It's always something.
