Carol, sorry been gone so long. Just was reading about your DH. My mom had that and I know she was in a lot of pain recovering. Hard work for you!

I've been running and biking and doing my lifting. School starts Wednesday so been back for the preplanning. Otherwise things are fine here.

Tried to run this morning but for some reason I was nervous about the first day of school and had a terrible run. Oh well, tomorrow will be better. The first day went fine but still had to worry beforehand.
