Hi Everyone!

Deb That's awful! I hope the Benadryl helped. Do you have a history of hives? I have them with the angioedema. I have a to take antihistamines daily to help with it. I noticed your ticker moved some more.

Check-In: Jari Love Get Ripped 1000 w/5's & 10's

Have a great weekend!

Good Morning, Everyone!

Last night I added on: Opening from Rodney's Yee's Yoga Conditioning for Athletes
Nothing for this morning. I woke too early, I think due to hormones. DH was getting ready to leave for the farm and was watching the hurricane updates. I might try to do some Oxycise later.

Have a great day!

Happy Saturday, Everyone!

No, I don't typically get hives. They were pretty much gone before I could get to the store for the Benadryl. I bought some just in case. This morning they started appearing while I was working out, but not anywhere near as bad as yesterday. I took a Benadryl cap and within an hour they were gone. The last time I washed our sheets I put some essential oil in the rinse water. Maybe that is causing it. I'll try washing the sheets again to get the residual oil out and see if that makes a difference.

Check-In:
LESLIE SANSONE WALK IN YOUR HOME - 3 MILE SUPER FAT BURNER
Oxycise Level 1
Yoga: ABC, 123, ABSOLUTE BEGINNERS
THE METHOD: BEGINNERS T‘AI CHI: SESSION 2 (Postures 1-7)
Zen 12 Level 1 Sounds of Nature Meditation

Have a super day!

Hi Everyone!

I had to clean the office/bathrooms today at work. I also vacuumed in all the little corners, etc. The Cody tumbleweeds were taking over. He must be shedding or something's going on. It seems like there was more hair than normal. Doing those chores wears me out. Originally, I wasn't going to do a workout. Then I talked myself into doing a 30 minute workout. As I was finishing up the cleaning I decided that I like TF 45 EZ and I would do that one. If I was too tired, I could stop. I did the whole thing!

Check-In: TF Fire 45 EZ

Deb Hopefully it's just the essential oil you used. I bet everything smelled good though. I have never used essential oil in the laundry.

Enjoy your evening!

Good Morning, Everyone!

We are experiencing some bad flooding from the remnants of Erika. I don't think one end of the road is passable. Of course DH will do it for the fun of it. (don't do as he does) He has a truck. I have a SUV but I will go the other way. He will call me when he gets to work as to the road conditions. The water is backed up the road to our driveway. At the end of the road, it looks like the water is over the curb and is getting close to the houses. We have had 6 inches of rain since yesterday. We are suppose to have heavy rain today and tomorrow.

Last night I added on: Relaxation Stretch from Jane Fonda's AM/PM Yoga
This Morning: Oxycise Level 2 workout

Have a great day and start to your week.

Arrow Attention!

Does anyone have an interest in changing the name of the check-in? I changed it one time from Turbo Fire to Turbo Fire & More. Maybe something like MONTH YEAR Daily Exercise Check-In - All types of workouts are welcome here

What do you think? Any other suggestions. It doesn't matter to me. I just don't want to someone not to post because they think we mostly do Turbo Fire here.

Happy Monday, Everyone!

I like the idea of changing the name to MONTH YEAR Daily Workout Check-In or something other than Turbo Fire for the reason you stated, Diana.

The laundry did not smell any different with the essential oils in the rinse water. And washing the sheets again without the oil hasn't helped. It's really weird. They start to appear during my morning workout, reach a peak during the Oxycise routine, start to go away during Tai Chi, and are nearly gone by the end of meditation. Yesterday I did not work out and no hives until just before bed; and then it was only a little bit. The hives only appear on my calves, thighs, and butt. We are going out of town on Thursday, so I won't be doing my usual workouts. It will be interesting to see if I do or do not get hives in the mornings while we are gone.

Diana: I hope the waters dry up soon!

Teacher: Thinking calming thoughts for your kids!

Check-In:
Daily Burn Cardio Sculpt: Cardio Sports Drills
Oxycise Level 1
Yoga: ABC, 123, ABSOLUTE BEGINNERS
Tai Chi Chih: Forms 1-7
Zen 12 Level 1 White Noise Meditation

Have a marvelous day!

Default New Thread Alert!

I was hoping others would chime in last night about the name change. I should have posted the question earlier. I'm sorry about that. I went on and changed the name with the new check-in. I wanted more people to feel comfortable with joining us. Not sure if more people will post, but it's worth a try.

Here's the link to the new month: http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/fitn...come-here.html
