Hi Everyone!

Deb Do you feel any different from doing the Oxycise? Like more energetic? I know it helps me in the morning. But I have to wait 30 minutes to drink my coffee from taking my thyroid meds. I do the Oxycise in that time that I wait. I might not do it if I didn't have to wait, since I'm so lazy in the AM. Yesterday was his first day that he didn't itch all over, so that's good. Hopefully the antibiotics are taking care of things. He has to go back to the Dr. for regular labs next week and then a follow up after that. I hope they do more testing to verify that the RMSF is going away. I'm sure DH will insist that they do.

Diana: So glad to hear that your DH is doing better. I am noticing that my lung capacity is increasing. Since I already did diaphragmatic breathing, I didn't realize that I still wasn't breathing as deeply as I could. Oxycise is making me more aware of my breathing.
