hey gang

this morning I did 30 minutes of walking and hand weight exercises.

one for every 5 lbs lost since finally getting treatment in 2004 for my previously undiagnosed thyroid problem. I take 5 grains Armour Thyroid daily to treat my low thyroid symptoms and I can finally say that I feel good!!!!!

Did 20 mins of Valerie Bertneilli's DVD earlier and I'm about to do work out 2 which is 40 mins. The 1st work out is 20 mins and the 2nd is 40 mins

No workout today, I was just too tired to wake up this morning and my ankles are so painful I am going to have to be easier on them for a while I guess. I still have work today though so it won't be a completely easy day.

I have been in New York with my DD since the first. We were moving her in which has gone well but just a lot of work! I ran on the 2,3,4th and today I walked five miles outside. Weather is great here compared to florida. Not sure when I am leaving exactly. Great job on the walking everyone!
