hey gang

I've really been slacking. my exercise room is FULL of wedding stuff! one of my sons is getting married in 19 days and it's been crazy busy!

But this morning I did 2 miles I used the Walk Indoors! Intervals. it's a one mile walk so I did it twice.

Taking the morning off, I have been so tired that I just couldn't get up at 4:15 this morning. So I shut it off and slept until 6:00. I might try to get in a workout tonight depending on how the day goes.

tubolard.... what ages are your kids?

I have 2 sons, they just turned 31 and 27.... the youngest one that's 27 is getting married on August 15, and then I look for the oldest to be married within the next year I had begun to wonder if they were going to find their special someones.... but they finally have and it's all perfect! God's timing is perfect!
