So I was able to do the bike ride on Wednesday night. Wow, it was TOUGH! It is supposedly the same speed (18-20mph) and only goes for 20 miles. But, they take off at that pace and never slow down. I thought I was going to have to get dropped around mile 5. But I made it. The guys in the group were very nice. There was one other lady but she's really good, way better than me and been doing it for years.

Then, Thursday morning I ran 5.4 miles! Today is weight training.

hey gang... everybody is doing great!!!

I've been MIA... I caught the back of my heel under a big metal door and thought I just about ripped it off. I don't really know how I did it but I did. anyway, it tore up my heel and bruised my foot in a horseshoe shape almost up to my toes. soooo I've just been doing some handweights this week.

today I tried putting on my tennis shoes but that was a no go. so I did 30 minutes of walking and dancing around barefoot to my playlist and then 15 minutes of exercises with 5 lb hand weights. so still a good 45 minute work out.

Just started dieting and using sparkpeople (the app) 2 weeks ago. I have also been doing Leslie Sansone videos too! Just the 1 mile walk but I'd LOVEE it if I could build up to the 5 mile walk eventually. How much weight has everyone lost working out to her videos?

Hi carolr3639 - I saw several of your posts and since I am just actually starting trying to figure out a meal plan and exercise I thought I would kinda see what you think about the watp DVDs and if they really work. As far as eating I think I will just try and count calories. Sorry to bother you but really trying to figure out what will work this time....and I too am listening for the shout. :-)
