DH and I walked for 25 minutes last evening.

Tomorrow DH has a doctor appointment in Phoenix. We will be leaving earlier than I am normally awake, so I will not be working out. We will return Saturday evening.

Hi everyone!!

This has been a really off week. The scale is moving in the wrong direction due to really poor choices. I'm refocusing and starting a 6 week sugar detox program on Monday. Hoping to get my mojo back!

today- rest- my feet are super sore from a very long day yesterday. I hit 18,000 steps yesterday thanks to prom.

Teacher Good luck with the sugar detox. Was the prom fun? Are the dresses different from when you were in school? It seems like it would be fun to go to a prom again. Did your DH attend, too?

Hi everyone!

Diana- the prom was so much fun. I was on the committee so it was a lot of work but worth it. The dresses have changed a little, brighter colors and more sparkles.
