Default looking for 21 day fixers?

Any one doing the 21 day fix or the 21 day fix extreme by beach body? I just started this today and hoping to find some friends to start a group. I am very hopeful.

I am doing 21 day fix but not using the containers just trying to eat healthy. I am on week 2, day2 but workouts are getting easier now.

I ordered mine yesterday from Amazon and I'm expecting it tomorrow! I've been reading up on it today so I can hit the ground running on Sunday.

I'm a Weight Watchers member but I haven't been able to make myself stick to the program at all lately. It sounds like this program is very compatible with WW, but the fact that it's shiny and new will motivate me, I hope. So I plan to follow 21 Day Fix while still going to WW for the general support and accountability.

I also currently work out on an elliptical about 4 times a week after work, and I plan to keep that up, but now I'm going to add these workouts in every morning.

I have a family reunion in June so I'm hoping that will help to keep me focused (mostly so I'm not quite as afraid of all the cameras I'm sure will be there). In the past I always just needed a little bit of success then I could maintain my focus, so I hope that holds true here.

Oh good, I'm so glad there are others! I'm on day 12 but I have to say day 6-10 were a total bust for me, I ate way more than the plan. So I haven't lost any weight either. However I'm still doing it and the workouts are getting a bit easier. I'm feeling stronger everday!

This morning was my third 21 Day Fix workout. Monday was Total Body Cardio, yesterday was Upper Fix and this morning was Lower Fix. Definitely feeling "fixed" right now! :P

I am doing last week of 21 day fix and 3rd day on doing double exercises. I am feeling so good about it. I have not weighed myself but I am feeling much lighter and more active than ever.

I need to finish without weighing myself also. That's what derailed me the first week because I saw my weight loss was minimal so I kind of just gave up... but I'll finish strong.

I'm on day 4 and I do weigh myself. I've seen a little bit of a drop but nothing too dramatic. I expected there to be some fluctuation as my body got used to digesting so much food all the time!

I am strongly considering this. At 65 I will only be able to walk and do my Silver Sneakers chair exercises for awhile. Can only do 5 minutes on the elliptical.

Those who doing 21 day fix, what exercises you would do once you are done with 21 day fix?

You could just start over and keep doing the same DVDs.

I am so glad I found this thread! I just started the 21 day fix. I am on day 8 and I am really liking it. It's so much easier than calorie counting or Weight Watcher's points.

Amy - I was also on WW right before I tried this and did not have any luck on it. I would just use all of my points on junk food- I know that's not the right way to do the plan, but I like the structure of the of this program a lot better.
