I have been reading and just wanted to say Thank you Carol for keeping this going strong every month. It keeps me motivated and would like to chime in for next month...
I used to do WATP vidoes in the past and it was fun ...Now I am going to do the basics that I learned from her...marching, side steps, walk and kick..with my own music. I will start on Monday. and hoping on being able to post daily how much minutes that I do.for April and ongoing future posting.

I did 45 min walking of doing food shopping this morning...which I do not count this till I do my own at home walking sessions. I am so looking forward on my me time workout w music.

Yes, I am on vacation. I did jog the last two days but have no DVDs with me to stretch. Also went for a bigger bike ride today, and will be sore tomorrow because there were tons of hills that I'm not used to!
Will be back home Thursday. So I'll see you in the April Leslie group!
