HI Everyone!

Check-In: KCM's YBB Workout One w/cardio rests w/8's & 15's

Now to clean and dust the office and bathrooms.

Teacher Welcome back! That's not a bad gain, at all! What are your favorite highlights from the trip? What were your favorite meals? DH is ready to get it over with. Of course I am worried sick. I'm trying not to show it too much. I just pray that it's something minor.

Enjoy the rest of your day

Hi everyone!

Diana- my favorite part of the Disney trip is always the rides & food. My favorite place is Le Cellier, a Canadian restaurant in Epcot. They have pretzel bread, which is super yummy and a filet with mushroom risotto. Ah, so much food. My I have to detox always hard for me. The struggle continues! Prayers for your DH procedures.

Deb- hi

today- cycle 45 min

Joined 3 Fat Chicks today, though I have been on the fitness journey for the last two years, off-and-on.

I have been working on a personal 6 week personal fitness challenge, where I began with Jillian Michaels's 30 Day Shred plus a 20 minute walk, then added in PIYO from Week 5. I am trying to work my way up to 2 hours of exercise at least 5 days a week - with low-impact yoga/pilates and brisk walking thrown in.

Today looked like this:

Jillian's 6 Week 6 Pack ( I substitute this for 30 Day Shred when I get bored)
plus
Chalene's PIYO Sweat

Pretty tired but satisfied. May try for a brisk walk and some light jumping rope later this evening.

Good luck, y'all!

Hello Everyone!

Diana: The worst part of that procedure is the prep. I am sure he will get through it fine.

Yesterday evening my DH and I went for a 30-minute walk.

Today's Check-In:
Daily Burn True Beginner: Core 2
Tai Chi Chih: Movements 6 - 10

Have a terrific Tuesday!

Hi Everyone!

Just a quick post. No workout. DH was in the office most of the day. He goofed off online a lot so that took up time that I would normally use to workout. At lunch he decided he was hungry enough to try some chicken broth. He didn't like it. I took some jello and mashed it up for him. He didn't like it but it was better than when he had tried it last night. On our way home he said that he wished he had some egg drop soup or some wonton soup. I asked him if he would like the broth from the wonton soup. He said he did. So I stopped at the Chinese place on the way home and had them make a quart of the clear broth without the extras. He consumed the whole quart as soon as he got in the house. I was worried because he needed to drink the prep and didn't know if he could consume it all. He's a big guy but not a big eater, like me. He tasted the prep and was OK with it as it was and didn't need to add the powdered lemonade drink mix everyone said to get. So, he's finished his first bottle of prep and it's been almost 2 hours since the first glass. No stomach gurgling or anything. LOL

Enjoy your evening and rest well.

Good Morning, Everyone

Things didn't get started with DH until after 1 AM. I did some yoga before bed but won't do any Oxycise this morning. Just too tired for that.

Last night: Unwinding Muscle Tension from AM PM Yoga for Beginners

Have a great day!
