I did 2 miles this morning. I used another oldie called Walk Now with Brittany leading. then did planks and squats!

Sharon, can you get strength training at home? I was thinking of having my dh help me cause we have weight bench in the basement.

hey gang
I did 2 miles with 2 lb hand weights. I used the Burn Body Fat 2 mile dvd. I also did squats and planks.
Carol... do NOT spend $211 for that dvd LOL
