LOL - I guess I hadn't updated my ticker in 80 days. I'm actually down to 140 now, so I just updated it.
But my one year maintenance date is tomorrow - so I am changing my ticker to something else I saw from someone who is on maintenance.
got to find it though.
No work tomorrow - so I can hopefully find it and remember how she did it!

No! We had a day off of school today so I slept in until 7:30. I had my strength training at 9:30. Tomorrow is biking, assuming weather is okay.

Ran on Saturday morning and then did a short bike ride.
Then today did a 50 mile ride. Setting my alarm for early but may take a rest day. Have to see how I feel in the morning.
