Hi Everyone!

I couldn't do any stretching last night due to watching Survivor and The AR. Tomorrow is my early day, so I need to get to bed early tonight. Based on that I did my stretch today after my workout.

Hi all,

It's been such a long, hot mess week at work. The icing on the cake was a student throwing up in the van on way back to school from the ymca.

today- no formal workout- a little swim time with my ymca club

Hi everyone!

Down 1 pound this week.

Diana- which is your favorite les mills combat workout? I only bought the basic set. I tried power kata 45 for the first time today. It was good but it will take time to get used to compared to turbo fire.

Deb- great workouts!

Teacher Great job on the pound! I think Kata 45 is slower and I didn't like it as well. My favorites are the two 30's and the two 60's. I'm not a fan of the two phyo/body weight workouts either.
