Walk kick and jab, tummy trimmer and upperbody blast. Having trouble with dizziness.

I did 2 miles this morning while using 2 lb hand weights. I used the Power Walk with Friends dvd.

Jogged and did the Leslie stretching.
I read or heard something once about if we only worked out on days we had no pain, it would be about two times a year. Especially as we get older. However, if you have bad pain you should definitely stop.
