Jivejazz, I looked this up on college video and this is one I don't have. I have about ten videos and she is always coming out with new ones that are really good. Do you really just do 30 min a day?

I have it and love it! it's only $7.49 on amazon prime there is also a little bitty clip of the video there

You can try looking on youtube for videos as well. I know there are some WAtP on there.

I tried 2 mile express last night. Made it a little over 1.5 miles. I've been having a bit of anxiety when exercising sometimes, so I had to stop. Decent workout, though. Burned 220 calories in 23 minutes

I got through the first two miles of 4 fast and firm miles today... if I had more time I'd have gotten through at least the 3rd mile. Silly work...
