It was hard getting up this morning. I think all the travel and unpacking is catching up with me. I haven't done my breath work this morning since I overslept. I also have to get Cody to the groomer this morning. I will try to get it in sometime today.

I had planned to do the yoga DVD (breath work) at work today. I brought what I thought was the DVD but it was only the case. The DVD is still in the player at the house. Oh well, it just wasn't meant to be, LOL.
Hey ladies -- I slacked off Monday/Tuesday... too many hours at work, just couldn't bring myself to work out on top of it.
I've been managing to get a PiYo work out in Wed-Fri this week and at least a 3 mile Leslie Sansone walk. I've been doing the first 3 miles of the 4 fast and firm miles DVD because the boosted walking cuts the work out down to 37 minutes if you just do the first 3 miles.
After a long week at work, I'm so thankful for the weekend! The scale is slowly moving back down It's a daily battle. Today I hit my 10,000 steps on my fitbit for the 1st time
today- ymca PIYO 45 min (an intense class... I didn't really like or hate it. It was just hard!) & turbokick 45 min... love my turbo!

Did Cathe Gym Style BSB today and took kid+baby for a little walk.
Leg day tomorrow, hoping for some outdoor cardio on Tuesday, weather permitting.
