Diana - are you enjoying the Tea Bo workouts?
Yes, I totally agree that my body needed a break and I had some significant discomfort on Mon but did an easy paced TJ 20 minute workout and a walk and felt great. Thank you for asking, Diana and Teacher.
Deb - Hi!
Mon and Tues - 20 Minute workout
Tonight - combat or fire 45. Not sure yet!!
Laura I am enjoying the Tae Bo rotation. I have gotten to where I prefer actual rotations. I don't like to figure things out and on my own I would stick with cardio. I have a couple new programs that I need to get to this coming year.
