Short on time today - TJ 20 min workout.

Diana - I've been doing a mix of Turbo Jam and Fire these past 5 weeks. I'm planning on jumping into follow the Turbo Fire roarion starting Monday!

Thanks for the welcome everyone!

Today I started Ballet Bootcamp from prevention.com

It's supposed to be a 25 day challenge, you do their workout 3-4 days a week and cardio intervals 2-3 days a week.
I'm using only 5 pound weights and it totally kicked my butt this morning!

I did rent Jillian Michaels Thighs and Glutes workout, but I couldn't get through the warmup because her voice drives me nuts! Lol!

Diana- I'm getting everything in and going to start a TF/Pump rotation Mon, with cycle Sun at the Y, and some yoga. Do you like the hip hop abs? I got the hip hop abs dance party series video.

Izzy- Jillian Michaels has some killer workouts

Teacher I really like HHA's. I had a few workouts but recently bought them all. Is this the set you have? http://www.totalfitnessdvds.net/Prod...ode=danceparty I don't recall seeing that set before. With that said, I think I have Rockin' Body and Hard Body. I just bought them with my other set. Leave it to Beach Body to confuse things.

Day 2 of Ballet bootcamp! I actually looked at my weights today and I'm using 8 pounders, not 5. No wonder my shoulders are killing me!

Tonight I have zumba class.
