Today I started Ballet Bootcamp from prevention.com
It's supposed to be a 25 day challenge, you do their workout 3-4 days a week and cardio intervals 2-3 days a week.
I'm using only 5 pound weights and it totally kicked my butt this morning!
I did rent Jillian Michaels Thighs and Glutes workout, but I couldn't get through the warmup because her voice drives me nuts! Lol!
Yesterday I was sick and slept most of the day; so I did not workout at all. I am feeling much better today.

Teacher I really like HHA's. I had a few workouts but recently bought them all. Is this the set you have? http://www.totalfitnessdvds.net/Prod...ode=danceparty I don't recall seeing that set before. With that said, I think I have Rockin' Body and Hard Body. I just bought them with my other set. Leave it to Beach Body to confuse things.
