Cathy, after thinking about that lady who had cancer......Beverly.......it said she took a lot of hormones to combat the cancer. I was wondering if that had anything to do with how she looked.

Yes, but DH usually does the turkey. We have a very tiny gathering this year. DS and his GF are visiting her parents out of state.

Taking today off because I am doing the 5K in the morning.
Did strength training yesterday. The trainer called me when I was on the way to see if I was coming because everyone had cancelled. We had a ton of rain yesterday. I think he was hoping I would cancel so he could go home but I wanted to get it done!

Ran the turkey trot in about 29:50 which was not as good as my last 5k bu it was fun. Dogsitting. Walked dog two miles yesterday and then this morning. Going to so it again soon. Eleven month old golden, quite hyper!
